Returns & Replacements:

Refunds are provided when goods are return unused within 7 days. Exchanges and credit notes are provided when goods are returned after 7 days but before 30 days provided they have not been used. No exchanges or refunds on underwear type products.
For defective goods, we act on behalf of the manufacturer who normally guarantees that their products are not defective. All returned goods are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment. Their decision is final. Shipping charges to us and/or manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer's.
Goalkeeper gloves are not guaranteed due to the nature of the materials used to provide exceptional grip. 
The length that a soccer shoe wears out is not reflective of the price. A higher priced soccer shoe does NOT last longer than a lower priced soccer shoe. The higher priced shoe offers better comfort, feel for the ball, and includes better materials for breath-ability, cushioning and shock absorption, and touch on the ball. These features help the player play better and faster but in no way ares designed to make the shoe last longer. The length of time your shoes last will depend on how you play, how often you play, and how you take care of them.

When we receive your order, we will do our utmost to ship the product as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your item is in stock at all times since inventory changes hourly. If there is a problem, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
